What is the difference between a mobile Website and a mobile app?

A mobile Website is a smaller version of your full Website. It is formatted to fit onto a mobile device and only includes the content that your customers would need to see on a mobile device.

A mobile app is an application installed on the mobile device. It’s always there for them to use without searching for your Website. It allows you to send information directly to your customers like sales, specials, or events.

Your mobile website will bring new customers to you. Can you guarantee my app will be approved in the iTunes store?

Yes. We work with a team who has published approximately 2% of all apps in the Apple iTunes store. (Considering there are over a million apps in the app store – 2% is a huge number!) If your app doesn’t get approved on the first try, we will do whatever it takes to get it approved or we will give you your money back.

I’m not sure how my business would use an app?

What happens after my design consultation?

After you meet with our design team we will get right to work on developing a draft app for you to see. You’ll be able to download this demo app right to your mobile device and share with others to get their feedback as well. During this draft phase is usually where new ideas will ignite and we’ll talk about any changes we want made at this time.

What happens after the draft phase?

After the draft phase we’ll get to work on making any necessary changes or additions and give you a final draft for one more round of approval. After your final approval we will start the process of getting the app approved in the app stores.

We will take as much time as you need to make sure your app is exactly what you want.

What if I change my mind about the app during the design phase?

We require a 50% down payment to begin the work. Depending on how far into the design process we’re in we may be able to refund a portion of that 50% down payment.

What if I change my mind about the app after it has been published?

Once the app has been published you will have 30 days to contact us to receive a partial refund.

Are there any additional fees that I need to know about?

No. There are no hidden costs. Everything is up front and detailed on our Pricing page.The one time set up fee includes all the features that you want and the monthly maintenance fee covers any maintenance updates that are needed. We do offer other services to expand your mobile app outside of our standard features. These additional services are quoted on an hourly basis and no additional work will ever be done without your written approval.
